What is Control Practitioning?

If you can't change something in your life, it's likely due to a subconscious program driving your behaviour.

As a Control Practitioner, I offer one-on-one sessions - normally over just three weeks - to help you change your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Although the ideas around this method were birthed from hypnotherapy, the process does not involve being hypnotised or put into an unconscious state.

This method can address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, fears, phobias, low confidence, and bad habits, without traditional hypnosis; you remain fully aware and in control, and do not need to revisit past traumas or share detailed back stories.

With my guidance, you will be able to locate and identify an emotion within the body that I will communicate with directly to enable a reset.

These sessions can be in-person or online and both are equally as effective. You just sit in a chair and, if online, would need to be able to place your hands either on your lap or on a table in front of you where I have a clear view of your fingers because here is where your sub-conscious communicates with me, under my instruction.
